I highly recommend Fresno Tire. I recently moved to the area and was looking for an honest mechanic to diagnose a specific high-speed steering vibration. Christian took care of me and his customer service was outstanding. He is incredibly honest. The mechanics took the time to inspect my vehicle thoroughly and gave me a transparent, pressure-free diagnosis about my front brake rotors. It is hard to find a family-owned shop with this level of integrity nowadays. Most of their business comes from referrals, and now I see why. If you go, ask for Christian. A+ endorsement

My wife and I just moved from a different country and it is very nice to encounter a company that is geniunely helpful. Kudos to Christian and his team for doing a great job of patching up the rear tire on the passenger side of my wife's car. Service was really quick and done under 30 minutes. The best part is when I was about to reach out for my wallet and Christian said the service is totally free. It is the first in a very long time that I have encounter such generosity from a small company. For sure it won't be the last time that I will bring my car to them. I'm looking forward to having my car serviced at their shop.

Had an awesome customer service interaction, Christian was awesome. He has an awesome personality, he was respectful and he was very patient with me (since I was on the phone) 😊. This was my first time here since I live around the area and I for sure did not want to drive all the way to Belmont to find a tire place. My tire had a screw in which they removed it and patched my tire. They certainly made my day. It was quick, no appointment need, optional but not needed. Waiting area was clean, big and fresh. Plenty of games if you take your teenagers or little kids. Definitely recommend. 💯% recommend.

Cristian was beyond helpful. He was very polite and hospitable. He checked up on me and gave me updates about my car, which I thoroughly appreciated. His customer service is top-notch and I felt right at home waiting for my car’s diagnostics to be completed. Xang the technician was super knowledgeable and very professional, explaining things to me so I could understand. Brian, he just has the most vibrant personality. Gotta love that! This shop is just a cool place to chill out when waiting for your car, and if you need to just drop it off, you have that option as well. They do everything they can to get you back up and running as quickly and as safely as possible. Oh, and their couches are super comfy. Bring a laptop and get some work done or close your eyes and just relax. The mechanics have beautiful voices, lol, and have very eclectics taste in music! It’s a good time. Check em out. Truly great service all around, the customer service is unmatched. Been coming for a couple years now after being recommended. Honest, attentive to detail, and they actually put in the effort to make sure everything is properly taken care of. Whether you are needing tires or something else, the prices and service are unbeatable. I went for new rotors and brake pads for M550, which ended up being a pain for the shop, but they tirelessly (no pun intended) made it work. Thank you again Bryan and crew!!!
